Payment for Treatments
At Copper Beech Vets, we are committed to providing high-quality veterinary care and services. In order to maintain the standards set by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible care for your pets, we have established the following payment policy.
1. Payment Methods:
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Our Pet Health Plan is available to all customers, details can be found here. Payments can be made at the time of service.
2. Payment at Time of Service:
We require full payment for all treatments and services at the time they are provided unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
3. Estimates and Invoicing:
Prior to treatment, we will provide you with an estimate of the costs involved if the treatment is likely to exceed £500. This estimate may vary based on your pet’s condition and any additional treatments that may be required. You will be informed of any significant changes to the initial estimate before proceeding with additional services.
4. Non-Payment:
In the event of non-payment or overdue payments, we reserve the right to pursue all legal avenues to recover the amount owed. Additionally, accounts that remain unpaid after 30 days may incur interest and additional fees.
5. Financial Responsibility:
By bringing your pet to our practice, you agree to take financial responsibility for all services rendered. If you are unable to make payments for any reason, please discuss this with our management team as soon as possible to explore available options.
